Six Week ND Couple Coaching Programme
If you’re neurodivergent – or in a relationship with someone who is – you’ll know that emotions can feel bigger, more urgent, and harder to navigate than most resources seem to account for. This six-week group programme, which runs four times a year and is facilitated by Claire Owens, Psychotherapist and DBT Therapist, is designed with exactly that experience in mind.
Drawing on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) and other trauma informed regulatory approaches, the programme offers practical, evidence-based tools for understanding your emotional responses, managing intensity, and communicating more effectively in close relationships. Open to individuals and couples attending together.
Sessions run weekly for six weeks, two hours each and we will be posting full details shortly.
Couple Fit with ADHD Aware
I developed a course specifically designed for couples impacted by ADHD, which is delivered through ADHD Aware. It is the first course of it’s kind and addresses the issues you face with a new approach. Providing you fresh information, quick and easy to use strategies, real life case studies and group discussions.
