Feedback from participants
- Very clear message supported by coherent and clean slides
- Karen’s introduction about how ND impacts the communication was profound, made the difference between ND and NT very understandable. It also made the impact of ND on communication on the ND person very comprehensible.
- Karen connected with the participants in a simple and warm way. She listened. It made me feel very safe and I had the impression this was the case for other participants.
- Very good alternation between explanation and short storytelling.
- Very good alternation between cognitive explanation and emotional understanding.
- Grounded take on how to manage day to day life, really loved how Karen addressed several questions with humor, honesty and in a grounded way. This created emotional safety and cognitive understanding.
- I feel hopeful take on the possibility to move from not understanding between NT and ND to creating a happy life together. It was good that Karen repeated that multiple times; that it is possible to change some dynamics.
